DESCRIPTION

MagicLink™ NHS-PEG4-Biotin은 아민 함유 거대 분자를 표지하고 항체 및 기타 단백질의 용해도를 극대화하는 긴(29.0Å) 페길화된 수용성 NHS-에스테르 바이오티닐화 시약입니다. N-하이드록시숙시니마이드 에스테르(NHS) 그룹은 라이신 및 N-말단 아미노 그룹과 특이적이고 효율적으로 반응하여 안정적인 아미드 결합을 형성합니다.

수성 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG) 스페이서 암은 수용성을 부여하여 비오티닐화된 분자에 전달되어 용액에 저장된 표지 단백질의 응집을 감소시킵니다. 또한 PEG 스페이서 암은 시약에 길고 유연한 연결을 제공하여 아비딘 분자와 결합할 때 입체 장애를 최소화합니다.

• Amine-reactive: reacts with primary amines (-NH2)
• Pegylated spacer arm: hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm (29 ), this reduces steric hindrance when binding to avidin molecules
• Protein labeling: biotinylate antibodies or other proteins for detection or purification using streptavidin probes or resins
• Enhances solubility: pegylation enhances water solubility to the biotinylated molecule, helping to prevent aggregation of biotinylated antibodies stored in solution
• Irreversible forms: permanent amide bonds; spacer arm cannot be cleaved
